Disney to Adapt "Tuxedo Gin" Series into Film

Walt Disney Pictures has hired Robert Ben Garant (co-writer for Night At The Museum) to pen an adaption of the hit manga series Tuxedo Gin under the name Tux.

Jason Hoffs of Viz Media, and Ichiro Takase of Shogakukan will be producing the film along side Paul Young and Peter Principato. It's unknown whether the film will be animated or live-action.

Tuxedo Gin follows Ginji Kusanagi, a young man who dies in an accident. But things look up when he's told he can return to his body after he lives out his lifespan - as an animal. Out of all the animals he can chose he becomes a penguin, which happens to be his girlfriend's favourite animal.
